Golden Osiris is a combination of two genres that Play’n GO is very familiar with: grid slots and games that are set in Ancient Egypt. The studio’s latest game features a 7×7 grid, 9 different win symbols, and a wide variety of interesting mechanics. Wins are formed when at least five symbols land in the same cluster, and landing a winning cluster on top of the glowing spots will create wilds. Each created wild can have a multiplier of between 2x and 10x attached to it.
Like in most grid slots from Play’n GO, you unlock a special feature by chaining together consecutive wins in one spin. The Pyramid on the right-hand side of the game charges up when you win with a total of 25 symbols. When the Pyramid is fully charged, it randomly chooses one of the symbols on the grid. Any instances of the chosen symbol will convert adjacent symbols into the same symbol, creating bigger clusters. Moreover, the Pyramid can be charged multiple times on the same spin and the win multiplier increases by 3x each time – up to a maximum of 30x.
The Pyramid is also heavily featured in Golden Osiris’ free spin bonus, which is triggered by landing three Eye of Horus scatters.
